LEWIS, Charles E.
Age 51, of Camden, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday November 17, 2016.
Charlie was born September 4, 1965 in Dayton to his parents, Fredrick and Hazel Lewis, and raised by his grandparents, Ethel and William McIntosh.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Charlie is survived by children, Josh Lewis, Amber (Daniel) Johnson, and Melynda Lewis; mother, Hazel Lewis; grandchildren, Shane Trent, Tristion Trent, Aiden Ritchie, Ethan Marker, Harmony Marker, Kevin Ritchie, Bradley Lewis, Nevaeh Pope, Kaley Ritchie, Damion Marker, Nicholas Marker, and Gavin Marker; siblings, Shelley Gray and sons, Colton and Chayse Gray and Teddy and Devan Renner, and Dora (Mark) Sears and children, Sasha and Jayden Sears; special friend, Michael Newton who has been like a brother; and his beloved dog, Gizmo.
He enjoyed Figure-8 racing, demolition derby’s, trying to play pool, cracking an ice cold Bud, and going to the casino and clubs. His pride and joy was his 1967 Ford Mustang.
A Visitation will be held Monday November 21 from 11am to 1pm at BALES’ FUNERAL HOME (Formally Nein Funeral Home), 249 N. Main Street, Camden. The Funeral Service will begin at 1pm with Pastor Jeff Travis officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery, Camden.
