Connie S. (Pettus) Brown

69, of Camden, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. 

She was born May 17, 1955, in Middletown, to the late Edward L. and Norma L. (Kelley) Pettus.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Brown.

She is survived by her sons, William and Josh (Amber) Brown; and numerous other family and friends.

Connie's life was filled with simple joys and cherished moments. In her earlier days she enjoyed recreational and league bowling, and the laughter shared over a game of cards with family and friends. She always enjoyed the peaceful moments spent outdoors when she was able, even into her later years. Her love for nature and companionship was reflected in the bond she shared with her beloved dog, Sugar, who was always by her side.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You!” to the nurses and aides at Greenbriar Nursing and Rehabilitation for the care they provided, especially Ashley and Kathy.

Services will be held at a later date.
