Daniel B. Smith

Age 57, of Camden, passed away after his short battle with cancer on Saturday, September 23rd.

Dan had many hobbies over the years that included riding his high wheel bicycle around town, working on anything with an engine, collecting antiques, and attending drag racing events at Edgewater Sports Park.

He loved spending his time outdoors and helping his neighbors with yard work when he could.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Amy, his son Daniel, his daughter Mercedes (Zeth) Perry, his son Dustin (Ashley) Smith, his four grandsons: Brantley, Riker, Hudson, and Maverick; with two more grandsons on the way: Owen and Walker, and Ashley’s little sister, who is like another grandchild, Kaeleigh.

The family is respectful of Dan’s wishes and will be having private services.
