Gayle M. (Kolb) Vest

VEST, Gayle M. (Kolb)

Age 78, of Camden, went home to be with the Lord on Friday February 3, 2017.

She was born July 27, 1938 in Hamilton to the late Earl and Ethel Kolb.

Gayle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles S. Vest, Jr.; son, Doug Vest; and brother Rodney Kolb.

She is survived by her son, Charles Scott Vest III; daughter, Susan G. (Steve) Imhoff; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, Ruth (Bob) Bray, Anita Dickhouse, Kenny (Elaine) Kolb, and Judy Davidson; numerous nieces and nephews; beloved pet, Blackie; and many more family and friends.

In her free time, Gayle enjoyed playing board games, especially marbles, Sudoku, and Wonder Word.  She was a lifelong farmer and had the nicest garden around.

The family will receive friends Friday February 10, 2017 from 5PM to 7PM at BALES’ FUNERAL HOME, (formerly Nein Funeral Home) Camden.  The funeral service and burial will take place at the family’s convenience.
